#MakeChange in a child’s future

The effects of the pandemic on children’s mental health have been challenging – it is vital we do all we can to protect them and prevent long-term effects.

Most adult mental illnesses can be traced back to childhood – by addressing issues early you help build children and young people’s resilience and equip them to look after their mental wellbeing.

Recognising the signs that a child may be struggling with their mental health can be really hard.
